Keelia is an experienced Real Estate Investor as well as a licensed Realtor. Keelia began her career in Real Estate in the 1990’s in CA. She has managed real assets totaling a combined value of 3.5 million dollars, and is familiar with the many elements of multifamily commercial investing.

Currently building a buffer of affordable housing that serves the LGBTQ+ community in Plano, Texas. His long term goals are to continue to develop properties that are value add with sustainability in mind. Creating spaces that serve to enrich the community.

Gwendolyn is a licensed Realtor and acts as our transaction coordinator.
She brings to the table a background in the nonprofit space and consults regarding allocation of funds earmarked for our charitable giving and community building programs.
